Requirements

Minimum 1 year of total work history.
Minimum High School Degree or Equivalent.
3-5 years of Project Management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be organized.
Must complete a background check within 48 hours of receiving an offer.
Must complete a reference check (3 professional references needed).
Must have a stable Internet Connection.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities of approximately 50 programs at various stages.
Manage the quality and validity of all program components during the life cycle of our projects.
Maintain specifications for all programs to ensure the project format meets client and PCI expectations.
Partner with other groups to meet client requirements and contractual obligations.
Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiencies.
Ensure we are providing a WOW experience to our clients and to our colleagues.
Transparently and helpfully share information with team members, colleagues, and partners, fostering an environment of learning and trust.
Utilize available tools and resources to fully organize and amplify personal and program performance.
Clearly communicate program specifications to all PCI teams and to our partners.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of team documentation.
