As a Project Manager, you manage complex projects from initial studies to full completion utilizing and adhering to Project Management best practices to ensure completion of project, communicate with customers and stakeholders, internal and external, on an on-going project scope and provide status updates, coordinator and manage resources and plan, schedule and coordinator project tasks and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical)
  • 10+ years professional experience in Project Management in Manufacturing
  • Budgeting skills
  • Risk management and mitigations skills
  • Fluent English (oral & written)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and help define what the project should achieve.
  • Recommend practical solutions and make sure agreed changes are implemented successfully.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on project management matters.
  • Make sure all projects follow company standards, PMI (Project Management Institute) guidelines, and legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Manage projects that involve multiple departments.
  • Use proven project management, change management, and service management practices to keep work organized and on track.
  • Improve how work gets done by developing tools, systems, and processes that increase efficiency, speed, and better decision-making.
  • Lead and coordinate teams made up of people from different departments and backgrounds, including external partners and vendors.
  • Train, guide, and support project leads and team members to help them grow and succeed.
  • Keep everyone informed by regularly sharing project updates, status reports, and key information.
  • Help leadership make informed decisions by managing project scope, budgets, risks, and resources, and explaining the business value of each project.
  • Identify and solve project issues by analyzing problems and recommending effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear and accurate project documents, such as plans, timelines, meeting notes, and post-project reports.
  • Plan and manage resources efficiently, including working with teams like procurement, legal, finance, and IT when needed.
  • Handle complex project challenges by finding the best solutions and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with managers, customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide accurate updates on project costs and timelines to avoid delays or budget issues.
  • Ensure all work follows compliance policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards, protecting sensitive information at all times.
