About The Position

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple IT projects within a healthcare technology environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Strong background managing projects within a Healthcare Insurance IT environment.
  • Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and effort estimation.
  • Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related project management tools.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems experience.
  • PMP or PMI Certification.
  • Experience working with large-scale healthcare technology projects.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop project plans and execute projects through completion.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and management artifacts.
  • Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects concurrently.
  • Support portfolio and program management activities as needed.
