Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar field required
  • At least one year of relevant project management experience preferred
  • Project management skills, including time management and multi-tasking, required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Attention to detail skills required
  • Creativity and adaptability required
  • Project Management application experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the life-cycle of new projects by documenting project scope and leading teams through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
  • Schedules project meetings, develops agendas, documents minutes and action steps, and managed project timelines.
  • In collaboration with the Finance Department, develops project budgets and tracks expenditures.
  • Conducts research and develops needs assessments to support decision making.
  • Ensures new projects align with the organization’s strategic plan.
  • Develops project management tools and strategies for organization-wide use.
  • Tracks and reports project updates for management.
  • Responsible for managing the organization’s Key Performance Indicators.
  • Works with external partners to explore partnership opportunities and to implement mutually beneficial programs and partnerships.
  • As needed represents the organization at community events and forums.
  • Supports Chief Strategy Officer on strategic initiatives and internal communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
