About The Position
A Los Angeles–based multidisciplinary studio delivering architecture, landscape, and interior design services with a focus on integrated, people-centered spaces and thoughtful adaptive reuse is seeking a Project Manager who will play a crucial role in leading projects and work collaboratively with the studios team to ensure successful project completion at their Los Angeles, CA office.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an architecture firm
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school
- Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD
Responsibilities
- Working on both Single-Family and Adaptive Reuse projects
- Successfully interfacing and communicating with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Working independently and bringing projects from Schematic Phase, Design Documentation, Construction Documentation (in Revit), Construction Administration, and Permitting
- Mentoring junior staff
