This role is for a senior banking Project Manager who can own end‑to‑end delivery of Commercial Lending Loan Origination System (LOS) programs, with CreditLens as the primary platform. Requirements

  • Senior banking Project Manager
  • Experience with Commercial Lending Loan Origination System (LOS) programs
  • Experience with CreditLens platform
  • Experience in leading end-to-end project management
  • Experience owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Experience applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
  • Experience partnering with Business & Commercial Lending teams, Credit Risk & Regulatory groups, Operations, IT, and Vendors
  • Experience providing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and steering committee updates
  • Experience managing vendor performance, milestones, and contractual obligations
  • Experience driving Requirements planning, Solution alignment & design, Integration coordination, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support
  • Experience overseeing integrations with Core Banking, CRM, Document Management, Credit Decisioning & Workflow systems
  • Experience ensuring alignment with banking risk, compliance, and regulatory controls
  • Experience supporting change management, training, and user adoption

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management for Commercial Lending LOS (CreditLens) implementations and enhancements
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models as appropriate
  • Partner with Business & Commercial Lending teams, Credit Risk & Regulatory groups, Operations, IT, and Vendors
  • Provide executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and steering committee updates
  • Manage vendor performance, milestones, and contractual obligations
  • Drive Requirements planning, Solution alignment & design, Integration coordination, SIT, UAT, go‑live, and post‑implementation support
  • Oversee integrations with Core Banking, CRM, Document Management, Credit Decisioning & Workflow systems
  • Ensure alignment with banking risk, compliance, and regulatory controls
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption in partnership with OCM teams
