About The Position
This established civil contractor based in Seattle works across multiple market sectors and has helped shape the region by completing projects for organizations in the aerospace, healthcare, higher-education and hospitality industry. A specialist civil contractor they work directly on behalf of real estate developers, general contractors, and landowners, developing a reputation for working on complex and intricate projects. Due to an upcoming retirement, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager reporting directly to the company President. In this role you will work across multiple projects from bid stage to completion responsible for scheduling, pre-construction planning, project delivery, and client management.
