About The Position

CCS Facility Services is hiring a Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations in the Visalia area. This salaried position involves coordinating and supervising cleaning crews, supporting staff training, maintaining supplies and equipment, tracking employee hours and pay, and working with customers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed on time. The role requires a flexible schedule that may include day, night, and weekend shifts. The Project Manager must follow facility and company safety and security protocols and may take on additional operational and administrative duties as needed. Requirements

Past supervisory experience.
Demonstrated supervisory experience showcasing leadership and organizational skills.
