About The Position
We are a premier civil, building, and specialty construction firm that specializes in constructing and rehabilitating essential infrastructure, including highways, bridges, tunnels, mass-transit systems, and water management/wastewater treatment facilities. The company helps public and private clients make “public works” work, executing large, complex, and sophisticated projects—ranging from high-speed rail to landmark transit extensions—on time and within budget.
Requirements
- SOE experience preferred
- Project experience over 200M
- Recent LARGE GC experience, heavy civil
- Experience with City, State, Federal Government Clients Preferred
- Heavy Civil-structural steel experience
- Projects over 200M
- Large GC experience
- Projects List – including the size of projects/cost listed on separate project list.
- Degrees preferred
Responsibilities
- 4 years degree preferred from accredited institutions preferred, HS or equivalent required
- 10+ years of experience in a superintendent role with projects over 200M
- Proven experience with secant piles, caissons, soldier pile and lagging systems, and steel bracing (walers, struts, rakers).
- Experience in new building and/or structure construction including piles, concrete, structural steel.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, structural and geotechnical reports.
- Proficient with construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Experience with City, State, Federal Government Clients preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 and First Aid Certs
- Authorized to work in the USA.
