Project Manager

Luster National•Sacramento, CA
•$115,000 - $210,000

About The Position

Luster is building a talent pool of Project Managers at various skill levels for future roles supporting large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs. Projects may include highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater, delivered through traditional and alternative methods. Assigned packages may exceed $100 million in construction value. Project Managers are accountable for scope, budget, schedule, and risk, and provide program leadership with clear, timely status information. This posting is for future hiring needs rather than a currently available opportunity; selected candidates may be added to the talent pool and notified when project needs arise. The position may lead assigned projects or task orders from planning and design through construction and closeout. It includes overseeing designers, contractors, construction contracts, project controls, quality and safety, staging, commissioning, and transition to maintenance. The role coordinates with agencies, utility owners, railroads, adjacent contracts, and other third parties, and reports project status, risks, and forecasts to program leadership. The expected salary range is $115,000–$210,000 per year ($55–$101 per hour). The final offer may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and geographic location.
