Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the project efficiently and effectively. Possesses in-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices. Typically works on more than one project of high complexity and scope. Plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and external clients to deliver projects according to plan. Manages and defines the project’s objectives and oversees quality control throughout the completion of the project(s) life cycle. Within the Project Management Quality & Support (PMQS) team, this role leads cross-organizational initiatives that strengthen project management standards, performance monitoring, quality assurance, and continuous improvement—using practical analytics, responsible AI, and automation to reduce administrative burden and improve consistency. Creates work plans based on goals and targets and implement evidence-based interventions in a one or more multi-functional areas, as well as new technologies and practices, including data-driven tools, dashboards, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process improvement practices. Collaborates with other functional areas to integrate work plans, budgets and multi-functional interventions which are essential for the success and sustainability of the project.
