About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring successful delivery aligned with budget, schedule, and quality objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate teams, manage risk, and drive project performance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supporting increasingly complex construction projects
  • Proven ability to develop accurate project estimates and pricing reports
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines under pressure
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing multiple job sites and managing projects through all phases of construction
  • Developing and executing project work plans, schedules, and resource strategies
  • Managing project budgets, estimating, and change order pricing
  • Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing trade contractor performance
  • Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Administering construction contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements
  • Leading project teams, including supervision of Project Engineers
  • Identifying risks, disputes, and potential claims, and proactively managing resolution
  • Monitoring project progress, conducting status meetings, and ensuring adherence to schedules
  • Managing project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and risk mitigation
  • Communicating regularly with owners, architects, and stakeholders regarding project status
