About The Position
Inch & Co. Construction is seeking a Project Manager based in York, Pennsylvania. The Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of construction projects, from early scope involvement through final delivery, and is accountable for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the company’s standards. The role connects internal teams, field superintendents, and external partners to ensure project details and responsibilities are coordinated. The position works closely with field superintendents, architects, engineers, consultants, and the company’s development and property management teams. The Project Manager helps coordinate sequencing, logistics, and changing project details, resolves open items from plans and specifications, maintains project records, and provides regular updates to leadership. Requirements
- At least 5 years of construction project management experience; commercial or multi-family experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain accountability across all phases of construction, including schedule, budget, cost tracking, and project records.
- Issue and administer subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with field superintendents, architects, engineers, and consultants on sequencing, logistics, and evolving project details.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications, driving open items to resolution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation using Knowify, Microsoft Project, and related tools.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership.
