Requirements

  • 5 years prior commercial construction experience
  • AIA billing experience
  • Procore experience
  • Experience working with subcontractors
  • GMP contract and billing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with solid decision making skills.
  • Must be well organized
  • Strong software skills to include MS Office.
