The Project Manager supports division leadership, the Business Operations Manager, and Administrative Director, managing administrative functions such as travel coordination, recruitment tracking, employee engagement, meeting preparation, and supervision of administrative staff. This role also oversees the administrative staff lifecycle, evaluates resource allocation, and drives process improvements. Responsibilities include communications, reporting, data analysis, financial and grant support, budgeting, and expense monitoring. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, attention to detail, organization, and communication are essential. Leads cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
