You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven program/project management experience
  • 1+ years in fintech, healthcare payment products or related fields
  • Experience working in MS Planner, MS Project, and MS standard application package
  • Proven stakeholder management experience in leadership and decision-making roles
  • Proven experience working in a financial organization which is a large multinational company or similar environment
  • Proficient in MS Teams and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple small to mid-size initiatives within Optum Financial across multiple lines of business. Efforts may include internal/external partner management
  • Lead or contribute to the development of project scope statements with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of -Work, Business Vision Document)
  • Develop and deliver on all necessary project, communication and risk mitigation plans across project and program level stakeholders in addition to executive leadership when necessary
  • Work directly with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of a quality, high value add product
  • Drive creation of schedule based on alignment by all impacted business teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Manage and deliver on status of projects as well as critical issues/risks, escalating to executive leadership when necessary
