About The Position

The Project Manager concentrates on the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to client timelines and budget constraints. The Project Manager’s duties include managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, both internal and external, to deliver projects according to plan.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior project management and planning experience.
  • Possess excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage client expectations including in areas of scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as engagement lead on customer engagements
  • Communicate job expectations to team members while planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions accordingly.
  • Enforce policies and procedures for each project
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and client-service standards, resolving problems, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, quoting services, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance departmental and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Develop budgets and track budget expenses.
  • Mentor team members and consistently provide performance management feedback.
  • Staff projects appropriately and supervise team members.
  • Manage team members in a proficient and effective manner
  • Promote process improvement.
  • Must pursue professional self-development opportunities on a regular basis.
