About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects within the Medical Devices sector. This role involves managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and timeline objectives. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience in the medical device industry, particularly with SaMD/SiMD.

Requirements

• Experience in Project management.
• Experience managing Medical Device OR SaMD/ SiMD.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with IT projects in Ophthalmic devices.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Identify resources (people, tools, budget) needed.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Motivate and guide the team to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and address issues as they arise.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Conduct reviews, testing, and validation as needed.
• Finalize all activities and formally close the project.
• Document lessons learned and conduct post-project evaluations.
