About The Position

We are seeking a highly adaptable and experienced Project Manager with experience in Healthcare IT and Request for Proposal (RFP) development. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end RFP processes while also managing complex healthcare technology projects and business requirements. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of shifting between project leadership and operational execution as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the full lifecycle of Request for Proposal (RFP) development, from planning through submission
• Independently author, edit, and finalize RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, technical input, and supporting documentation
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination associated with RFP efforts
• Manage healthcare IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Partner with clients to define and document business and system requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and external partners
• Track project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery
