About The Position

Körber is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary customer interface for essential project execution functions. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and status updates, ensuring readiness for customer activities, and handling change requests. The Project Manager will also collaborate with team members, department managers, and sales teams, coordinate with headquarters project managers and third-party suppliers, and oversee multi-business area projects. Responsibilities include managing the transition from machine shipment to commissioning, maintaining project documentation, monitoring financial aspects through ERP systems, and assisting in process improvement. The role also requires ensuring compliance with ISO9001 requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer interface for all essential project execution functions.
  • Create and maintain all schedule milestones.
  • Monitor and maintain the project budget.
  • Prepare and provide project status updates to management.
  • Ensure FAT readiness of project and coordinate activity with customer.
  • Manage all change requests deviating from original scope.
  • Work directly with team members and department managers to ensure proper staffing needs are being achieved.
  • Provide technical and program management support to the selling process and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Coordinate new machinery sales projects, in alignment with headquarters project managers as required.
  • Manage the coordination with third party machine suppliers.
  • Oversee the Program Management for projects and customers that encompass multiple Körber Pharma Business Areas as required.
  • Manage the transition phase from machine shipment until completion of commissioning (SAT).
  • Maintain project folders with appropriate documentation to be used by other team members for future activities.
  • Monitor quotes, invoices, requisitions with ERP system to support project activities.
  • Work with CRM and ERP tools to maintain project data.
  • Assist with maintaining and improving project management processes.
  • Ensure execution is compliant to ISO9001 requirements.
