About The Position

Join CSI, a growing leader in stainless-steel process systems for the food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead piping and process system projects from concept through completion. This role involves managing multiple phases of projects, developing proposals, designing piping systems with engineering support, and tracking project performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of related service and repair experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of experience in project management
• 2-3 years of experience in sanitary process industry
• 2-3 years of experience in industrial food system processing environments
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or related field preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple phases of projects from initiation to closing
• Develop quotes, proposals, and project scopes
• Design process piping systems with Engineering support
• Create P&IDs and layouts
• Coordinate with customers, field crews, and subcontractors
• Track project cost, schedule, and performance
• Maintain project schedules (MS Project / Gantt charts)
• Support installation teams and manage work at job sites as needed
• Provide project updates to customers and ensure overall satisfaction
