About The Position

Maple Reinders Constructors is seeking an experienced Intermediate to Senior Project Manager for their Civil construction division in Ontario. This role will focus on water/wastewater projects in Bradford, Ontario. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects, defining schedules, ensuring goals are met, and maintaining communication with the team and stakeholders. This is a site-based position requiring daily travel to the project site. The company offers opportunities for growth and the chance to manage larger, more challenging projects.

Requirements

5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor.
University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
Travel to site is required.

Responsibilities

Develop successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Effectively manage projects using acquired skills and adhering to Maple Reinders' processes and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators, guiding their career progression.
Manage Water and Wastewater related projects typically valued between $20-$50M.
Define project schedules and ensure goals are met.
Maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
