About The Position

Manage and deliver large, complex IT projects with multiple teams and workstreams. Lead projects through all project lifecycle phases: Preselect, Initiation, Planning, Execution & Control, and Closeout. Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and contractors. Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and status reporting. Ensure compliance with client and VITA project management standards and governance. Facilitate design workshops, requirements gathering, and project planning activities. Oversee test planning, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Track project metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders. Support system and application training initiatives.
