Requirements

  • A solid base of knowledge developed through education, management experience, or hands-on experience in construction or electrical industries.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid legal work status
  • Must pass pre-hire Drug & Alcohol screening and comply with company policy
  • Must have a satisfactory criminal background check
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain personal vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate scheduling of technicians, materials, and subcontractors
  • Manage project progress and maintain accurate schedules, logs, and documentation
  • Review work orders, service tickets, and scopes for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare estimates, change orders, and service quotes
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing research
  • Maintain organized project files, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents
  • Review contracts and help clarify scope
  • Monitor project budgets and cost codes
  • Track labor hours, material costs, and equipment expenses
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and job cost reporting
  • Identify cost overruns or discrepancies and report to Lead Project Manager
  • Serve as point of contact for routine customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Schedule site visits, inspections, and service calls.
  • Maintain professional client relationships.
  • Coordinate with field electricians and foremen to resolve technical and logistical issues
  • Ensure jobsite compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Conduct occasional site visits to verify progress and quality
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting or small service tasks as needed
  • Ensure projects meet applicable electrical codes, permits, and inspection requirements.
  • Support safety documentation, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance records.
