About The Position

Tori Contracting is looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects that include commercial drywalling, metal stud framing, and other Division 9 trades. The Project Manager will ensure construction crews complete their assigned projects on time and within the appropriate budget. This position is based in Las Vegas, NV.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of framing/drywall experience in new construction, renovation, and interior buildouts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Procore construction management software and project scheduling software.
• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential project information and in dealing with project colleagues and other professionals inside and outside the company.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field strongly preferred.
• Operational and/or experience in the luxury construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and submit logs/project drawings/specifications.
• Create and submit RFIs, change orders, and other appropriate project documentation as needed.
• Perform field inspections, record inspections, and inform Project Superintendent of items of concern.
• Create and maintain change order logs, communicate with affected trades, log change events, prepare and issue change orders.
• Review internal invoices with project team, request and review schedule(s), and ensure payment is received.
• Other job duties as assigned.
