About The Position

Unlimited Landscaping and Turf Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team! We’re a family-owned and oriented company that’s been in business for over 30 years. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects within our industry.

Requirements

A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.
Strong leadership skills.
Proven self-management and team-management skills.
Ability to monitor and control project budgets.
Capability to make decisions under pressure.
Ability to identify different turfs, trees, and shrubbery.

Responsibilities

Planning and developing project ideas.
Creating and leading a team.
Monitoring project progress.
Setting deadlines.
Solving issues that arise within the project.
Managing financial obligations.
Overseeing the performance of team members.
Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other parties included in the construction project.
Obtaining actionable permits from the appropriate authorities.
Determining all the resources needed (equipment, manpower, materials) with attention to budget constraints.
Hiring and allocating responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staff.
Supervising the work of all the laborers and providing them with guidance.
Evaluating the construction project progress and preparing reports.
Ordering purchases with knowledge of Landscaping/Horticulture.
