Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a Project Manager who possess a passion for leading execution on cross-functional initiatives. This role is part of the PM / Production organization and provides execution structure, communication discipline, and coordination across teams. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Proven experience with 3+ years in project management, preferably in the IT or Security domain.
Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and communication tools.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with project planning and execution by collaborating with leadership or subject matter experts on project requirements.
Handle cross-departmental coordination throughout each project’s life cycle.
Proactively identify and manage risks through escalation and communication.
Identify other teams within Rockstar with necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward.
