We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from pre construction through closeout. Successfully candidate will organize, direct, control and evaluate projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost control
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience managing subcontractors and trade partners
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Effective communicator, written and verbal.
Ability to effectively lead others and maintain a positive work environment.
Strong ability to problem solve and work efficiently within a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Contract management
Construction scheduling, planning, and execution
Managing / leading people
Organization and time management

PMP, Gold Seal, or other relevant professional designations

Responsibilities

Plan the execution of construction projects in accordance with Corporate Policy and company mandated health and safety standards.
Build and maintain positive customer and supplier/vendor relationships
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established budget.
Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
Review work/contracts/WIP for areas of risk and correct deficiencies.
