About The Position

The Project Manager has accountability for their assigned projects (budget, schedule, and overall customer satisfaction); and to ensure the Company’s resources are properly directed for satisfactory contract execution. The Project Manager will lead projects with influence, and execute control over budgets, schedules, and non-technical communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other suitable field from an accredited university
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Demonstrable understanding of project management fundamentals like, scheduling, earned-value management, budget controls, and change management
  • Demonstrable understanding of contract management
  • Understanding and experience regarding client management and commitment to client relationships and mutual success
  • Professional mastery of English, in written and verbal forms

Nice To Haves

  • 10 years of related industry experience
  • 5 years of project management experience in a project based organization
  • Experience in the nuclear energy production industry
  • High level of competency with Oracle Primavera P6
  • High level of competency with Microsoft Excel
  • Project Management Professional certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead diverse teams toward successful contract execution by setting clear expectations and fostering accountability.
  • Take full responsibility for project timelines and registers, ensuring milestones are met with precision.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reports that reflect progress and performance.
  • Direct people and tools effectively to achieve contract goals.
  • Predict, adjust, and respond to changes using strong change management practices while safeguarding data integrity.
  • Coordinate activities with project teams and clients, balancing expectations to achieve mutual wins.
  • Identify risks early, mitigate challenges, and champion continuous improvement in governance, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to contract proposals, subcontracting efforts, and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to secure timely payments.
