  • Proven consulting background with strong client-facing skills, executive communication, and the ability to manage up to Directors, MDs, and global stakeholders.
  • Strong experience running complex programs with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and distributed stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage governance artifacts (charters, status decks, RAID logs, etc.).
  • Ability to influence without authority, resolve conflicts, and move stakeholders toward decisions.
  • Highly persistent, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex issues into clear, actionable updates.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to drive structure in unstructured environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage program artifacts including RAID logs, project charters, workplans, governance routines, and steering committee materials.
  • Coordinate closely with time-constrained or bandwidth-limited stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and timely progress.
  • Drive alignment across global regions and cross-functional teams, particularly for enterprise-wide or global initiatives.
  • Manage critical dependencies, facilitate decisions, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships within the first 30 days, establishing trust and credibility at all levels.
  • Facilitate meetings, secure decisions and sign-offs, and ensure program milestones remain on track.
  • Maintain alignment across data, process, and technology streams, ensuring cohesive and coordinated delivery.
  • Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and organizational resistance with persistence and professionalism.
