About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through completion. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, General Business, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience
5+ years of utility industry experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with clients, leadership, field personnel, and regulatory stakeholders

Nice To Haves

PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution
Manage and track project budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
Prepare project status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership
Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards
Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities
Mentor and support project team members, including project coordinators and field staff
Communicate project updates, requirements, and expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders
