About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility projects from initiation through completion. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, General Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of utility industry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external resources
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, leadership, field personnel, and regulatory stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage and track project budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Prepare project status reports, forecasts, and presentations for clients and leadership
  • Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards
  • Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities
  • Mentor and support project team members, including project coordinators and field staff
  • Communicate project updates, requirements, and expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders
