About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused Project Manager to join our team. This role involves building strong customer relationships, delivering customer-centric solutions, and planning and prioritizing work to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing multi-mode communications, ensuring accountability, and consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances. This position requires a strong understanding of construction services, public right of way deployment, and financial metrics. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, directing the diagnosis of workflow problems, and ensuring accurate data maintenance in Crown Castle and customer systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) + years of project management experience
• Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience
• MS Excel - working with large data and organizing the data
• Knowledge of construction services: Telco, power, fiber, basic construction, and antennas
• Knowledge of public right of way project deployment
• Ability to direct the diagnosis of workflow problems, critical paths and institute remedies
• Ability to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issues
• Understand customer scope of work, goals, project timelines, and expected run rates

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Customer-facing project management experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive resource and logistical needs to stay ahead of project requirements
• Attend deployment customer meetings as a subject matter expert (SME) for Crown Castle
• Ensure Crown Castle and customer systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data
• Report project status against commitments and keep all stakeholders informed
• Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with all stakeholders
• Own financial accountability across all individuals and collection of assigned projects
• Manage risk, actions, issues, dependencies, scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices
• Escalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy
