About The Position

This position is contingent upon award of a government contract. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) External Enterprise Software Development Support Services project requires a Project Manager to support the Software Engineering Branch (SEB) within the NIAID Office of Cyber Infrastructure and Computational Biology (OCICB). SEB is expanding its capabilities in native mobile application development, including maintaining and enhancing existing mobile applications, developing mobile versions of key portfolio applications, and creating mobile-first solutions. The goal is to support NIH’s modernization efforts, deliver high-quality services, and advance NIH’s mission through optimized, resilient, and modern technology solutions.

Requirements

Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (or later)
Microsoft SQL Server (2019 or later)
C# Programming Language
Azure DevOps for Project Management and Configuration Management
Git for Source Control of new Applications
React Native and Expo for mobile front-end development
React.js or Vue.js for front-end development
6+ years of project management experience.
5+ years of experience in Agile .NET implementations
In-depth understanding of technology and technical aspects of projects.
Ability to comprehend complex software designs and databases.
Ability to anticipate technical and business challenges to align products with project goals.
