About The Position
Our fast-growing FinTech client is a leader in the transportation industry, developing an automotive financing platform backed by over a decade of industry experience. They're currently in need of a fully remote contract-to-hire Project Manager who can effectively manage multiple projects, including NetSuite migrations and enterprise data integrations. We're looking for technically-inclined PMs with experience working directly with both engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent technical projects
- Experience working directly with both engineering and product teams
- Ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to lead stand-ups and keep teams accountable
- History of success delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of Agile project management practices
- Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, SaaS, or other technology-driven environments
Responsibilities
