Here, you will make an impact by managing critical projects and initiatives to ensure the success of Fluency and CDI product lines. Manage customer, project team and leadership relationships across multi-functional teams at Solventum to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5 years of project/program management skills, with a proven track record of executing against complex project plans
Five (5) years of experience as a PM, Solution Advisor, RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver customer-facing project planning and coordination of services to drive successful timelines and outcomes.
Offering assistance and information, and escalating problems to subject matter experts as required.
Execute development, maintenance and management of project schedules including timely completion of deliverables.
Support ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed
Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
