About The Position

FSRI is seeking a Project Manager for South County Academy to be an essential part of a dynamic and creative team, ensuring quality service implementation. This role provides support and project management to all programs within South County Academy. The Project Manager will assist the Executive Director and Program Directors in achieving programs' required goals, objectives, deliverables, and financial targets for new and ongoing initiatives. Responsibilities include participating in internal and external meetings focused on service delivery relevant to the residential school, assisting with forecasting, and developing new best practice programming and partnerships to support client/community needs. The role ensures compliance with quality standards and all federal, state, and administrative body laws and regulations, champions PQI initiatives, and ensures adherence to all funding and accreditation requirements. This position supports departmental facets of Quality Assurance, Medical Records, Health Information, Outcomes, and Research. The Project Manager will identify, communicate, and assist in the attainment of program mission objectives, strategic goals, standards of care, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree required
  • Experience in project development, management, data and evaluation
  • Highly advanced critical thinking skills, creativity, flexibility in meeting changing priorities and demands; ability to think in broad and detailed terms; keen attention to detail; comfortable with identifying and resolving obstacles to improvement/goals
  • Demonstrated experience building alliances and relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and overall computer proficiency
  • Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Travel to and from community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience in social services a plus
  • Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
