Devis is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month NATO pilot to test the transition from current public-key cryptography to algorithms designed to withstand attacks by quantum computers. The pilot is sponsored by Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT), with the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) as technical authority, and involves three NATO laboratories in Mons, Brussels, and The Hague. The role is contingent upon contract award and is performed under a firm fixed price contract paid by milestone. The Project Manager owns the project schedule, milestone gate reviews, risk management, reporting, and coordination across Devis and partner-company teams. The role includes developing and maintaining the Project Management Plan, coordinating delivery against seven milestone gates, and supporting a live demonstration for NATO VIPs by 30 June 2027. The pilot concludes in December 2027 with a migration roadmap for NATO. The position is hybrid, with off-site work performed at Devis’s headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. Travel is approximately 25 percent, primarily to NATO sites in The Hague, Mons, and Brussels. The project plans for on-site work across the whole team at about 40 percent, concentrated roughly from May through early November 2027, assuming a 4 January 2027 start.
