About The Position
This role is for a Reconstruction & Mitigation Project Manager within a rapidly expanding property restoration leader across Pennsylvania. The company is seeking individuals who can manage subcontractors effectively and help property owners during challenging times. The position involves either managing full-cycle rebuilds (Reconstruction PM) or leading emergency response teams for water, fire, or mold damage (Mitigation PM).
Requirements
- 1+ years in Restoration, Reconstruction, or Construction Management (Restoration/Mitigation experience is required!).
- Ability to read scope estimates, manage budgets, schedule vendors, and handle customer updates.
- Ability to direct field technicians, foremen, and subcontractors while keeping job sites safe and compliant.
Nice To Haves
- Active IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT)
- General Contractor's License
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle rebuilds from start to finish—scheduling trade vendors, ordering materials, managing on-site foremen, and keeping carrier estimates/budgets on track.
- Lead emergency response teams, manage drying and demolition setups, coordinate field crews, and communicate directly with property owners and insurance adjusters.
