The purpose of the Project Manager position is to plan and coordinate projects to meet the overall goals of the project and serve as the main contact with the contractor or owner. This role involves reviewing project documentation, generating proposals, determining labor and material needs, tracking changes, and monitoring project progress to ensure alignment with project budgets and SFP standards. The Project Manager will also communicate with various stakeholders, ensure safety compliance, and assist with project closeout.
