About The Position

Premiere Systems specializes in A/V, lighting, shading, automation, and networks. We are expanding our operations team and seeking a Project Manager. This role is heavily focused on coordination, communication, organization, and helping projects stay on track behind the scenes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, operations, or the A/V industry
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Own projects from sale through completion, ensuring the client’s vision becomes a successful finished solution.
Coordinate teams, timelines, materials, and resources to keep projects on track and within scope.
Partner across Sales, Design, Operations, and Installation to ensure clear communication and seamless execution.
Conduct site visits and quality checks to maintain project standards and address issues proactively.
Manage project financials and procurement, ensuring accurate billing and timely product ordering.
Deliver an exceptional client experience, including final walkthroughs, demonstrations, and project handoffs.
Step in where needed to support installations, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
