About The Position

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Project Manager to work directly with the Senior General Manager. You will support the Senior General Manager in overseeing and optimizing operational business initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving process improvements, providing critical decision-making support, and leading special projects that span across various facets of our organization. As the Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and productivity, building strong relationships with both internal employees and external associates. Your expertise in project management, combined with your ability to execute multiple projects under pressure, will be key to your success. Requirements

Bachelors degree
2-3+ years of project management with a track record of overseeing operational business initiatives
Strong project management skills.
Experience overseeing operational business initiatives.
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent listening skills.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
Must have a reliable form of transportation
Willing and able to travel for the company as needed.

Nice To Haves

Smartsheet and Oracle ERP experience
Masters degree
5+ years of operational experience leading projects

Responsibilities

Oversee operational business initiatives throughout Mid Atlantic South, Southeast, and South Central regions
Suggest process, data, and reporting improvements to stakeholders.
Provide metric-based, operational decision-making support.
Assist the Senior General Manager with special business projects pertaining to many facets of the organization.
Support special projects and presentations for key customers in the region
Support cross-functional programs, processes, and systems to drive performance and productivity improvements.
Build and maintain positive relationships and rapport with internal employees and external associates.
Facilitate cross-departmental / cross-regional meetings.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
