About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale, mission-critical project in Kansas. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile infrastructure program during its early planning and execution phases, acting as the owner's trusted representative and driving project success from the ground up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Have 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, serving as an Owner's Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or client-side delivery lead.
• Have experience with site development, mass grading, utility infrastructure, and campus-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of: Project controls, Schedule management, Cost management, Change management, procurement coordination, executive reporting.
• Experience working with permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, CCM, PE, OSHA, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and reporting.
• Monitor project quality, constructability, and commissioning readiness.
• Track critical milestones, long-lead equipment, project risks, and key decisions.
• Represent the owner's interests throughout planning, preconstruction, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and permitting authorities.
• Support permitting efforts and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Support safety initiatives and drive alignment across all project teams.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact project delivery.
