About The Position

The Project Manager owns assigned heavy and commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role leads project planning, scheduling, financial performance, field coordination, and client relationships to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to Dvorak’s quality standards. The Project Manager partners with field leadership, Project Assistants, subcontractors, and clients, and directly supervises Project Assistants while supporting team development.

The position is based at the Belcamp Office with a hybrid arrangement and requires flexibility to travel to the Dundalk headquarters weekly as needed. The role uses Vista, ProjectSight, and Trimble to maintain job information and reporting. Compensation is $90,000 to $150,000 per year based on experience, with a bonus opportunity.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in project coordination or electrical field leadership as a Foreman or Lead.
• Strong experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Confident communication and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction or project management software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Associate's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or a Journeyman/Master License.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from startup through completion.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and job costs.
• Oversee billing, change orders, and financial performance.
• Support field teams with timely communication and planning.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Dvorak professionally.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across assigned projects.
• Directly supervise Project Assistants and support team development.
• Use Vista, ProjectSight, and Trimble to maintain job information and reporting.
