Requirements

  • 5–7 years of direct project management experience
  • 5–10 years of PM-adjacent experience (PMO, BA, Test Lead, etc.)
  • Experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software deployment & integrations
  • Strong financial management skills (actuals, variance analysis, forecasting)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office 365, Confluence, and SPM/ServiceNow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to run meetings and workshops confidently
  • Strong leadership with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to create clear, visual, executive-ready summaries

Nice To Haves

  • Accrual-based accounting experience
  • Vendor management or RFP experience
  • Background working in large, matrixed organizations
  • Utility industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment
  • Manage a team of 10–15 developers, analysts, testers, and cross-functional partners
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
  • Oversee project documentation, risks, issues, and change controls
  • Develop engaging, executive-ready reporting and visualizations
  • Ensure smooth integration between COTS solutions and legacy systems
  • Drive financial management activities, including forecasting and variance analysis
  • Partner with internal business customers to ensure project alignment and value delivery
