About The Position

Cedarville Engineering Group, LLC (CEG) is a civil and environmental design-build firm delivering complex infrastructure projects for public sector clients, with the majority of our work supporting the United States federal government — particularly the Department of Defense. Our projects directly support mission-critical facilities, environmental restoration, and resilient infrastructure across the country. CEG is seeking an experienced, field-driven Project Manager to take projects from kickoff to closeout: on time, on budget, and to spec. This is a hands-on role in a lean firm, and you own the outcome. You build the plan, manage the resources, hold the schedule, and keep the government confident in the work. When a project slips, it's yours to fix. When it lands, you'll know you delivered something that matters. At CEG, you’ll join a high-performance team that values accountability, responsiveness, and mutual respect. We believe the best results come from empowered field leadership, clear communication, and trust across the project team. Our work is purpose-driven. You’ll be building infrastructure that supports national defense, protects the environment, and strengthens public systems. CEG offers a supportive, forward-thinking culture that values execution, innovation, and continuous improvement. In return for your leadership and field expertise, we provide competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth with a firm that invests in its people.
