About The Position

Sheer Logistics is seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to join their team. This role will lead both internal and customer-facing initiatives, working cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Implementation, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, driving communication, managing resources, and ensuring successful project execution from initiation through completion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
3–5 years of project management experience
Experience managing internal and client-facing projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communicationskills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with Excel and project management tools

Nice To Haves

Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
Experience with system implementations
Familiarity with integration or automation tools

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across internal and customer-facing initiatives
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues
Facilitate status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources
Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and workflows
Support process improvement initiatives
Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
