Requirements
- 4+ years of Project manager experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Strong project management skills: planning, execution, delivery, risk management, etc.
- People management skills
- Advanced reporting skills to coordinate with stakeholders and teams effectively
- Fluency with core PM tools and methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactivity, flexibility, responsibility
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Nice To Haves
- Experience with message queues or event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus, etc.)
- Experience with Docker or containerized environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
