About The Position

The Project Manager will manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout at our San Antonio, Texas facility, ensuring customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule, budget, and overall business performance objectives.

Requirements

College Degree (4 year) in Engineering, Construction, or Business or comparable work experience.
3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to precast concrete, engineering, and/or operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain communication with and input from all relevant parties to ensure project plans are met.
Ensure all documentation is in place for timely invoicing and assist in the collection of outstanding payments.
Review, negotiate, and execute contracts, ensuring terms, conditions, and scope are consistent with Tindall's proposal and disseminated internally.
Ensure compliance with all contract terms during project execution and monitor for changes requiring change orders.
Understand customer requirements as per Tindall's proposal and create project schedules with input from operational areas.
Facilitate meetings to convey necessary information and establish plans for successful project outcomes.
Communicate clearly and directly with customers in a timely manner regarding matters affecting company interests.
Ensure project files are current and complete.
Help ensure appropriate field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
Assist in securing specific project information or materials to maintain production and field schedules.
Ensure all close-out documentation is submitted and project files are archived after final payment.
Convene project post-mortem meetings to review projects, identify non-conformances, root causes, and corrective actions.
