About The Position

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations in the Orange County/Inland Empire area. This is a salaried position that requires a flexible schedule, potentially including day, night, and weekend shifts, to ensure comprehensive oversight of cleaning crews. The Project Manager will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless execution of cleaning services and ensuring that company standards of excellence are consistently met.

Requirements

• Demonstrated supervisory experience, showcasing leadership and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and accounts in the Orange County/Inland Empire.
• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, maintaining operational readiness.
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and technology.
• Collaborate closely with the customer to guarantee the timely completion of cleaning tasks and special projects, fostering strong client relationships.
• Adhere to facility and company security and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Undertaking additional tasks and administrative duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the operations.
