About The Position

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a large-scale Salesforce Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection (LPI) system. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, coordinating across business, technical, and vendor teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects, preferably including large Salesforce implementations, and a proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, including complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working in a project portfolio environment with multiple vendors and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and issue management skills, including root cause analysis
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Project
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and release management
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service orientation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations or deployments
  • Background in public sector IT projects is a plus
  • Knowledge of organizational change management and end-user training
  • Experience with contract management and vendor coordination
  • Ability to lead both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and strategic alignment with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, charters, and operational checklists
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and dependency mappings
  • Track project progress using enterprise tools such as MS Project Online or equivalent
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when necessary
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external vendors
  • Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up and execution
  • Communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables clearly across all stakeholders
  • Support technical processes including architecture and compliance reviews
  • Lead testing and acceptance processes, including development of test plans
  • Ensure team members have appropriate system access and resources
  • Maintain project budget tracking and vendor billing oversight
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
